Freedom Is Not a Spectator Sport

Is the regime desperately anticipating cowardly escapism by fighting-age youth as a way to protect them from the dispossessed majority's timid feelings of revenge? Or is one of the games called "Violently Overthrowing a Government" based on facts about real revolutions rather than sensationalism so intense that it satisfies the need for action?
