Sorry, Joe. The 2nd amendment IS ABSOLUTE. It states that the right to bear arms shall NOT be infringed. PERIOD. END OF SENTENCE. It is currently being usurped by the Feds. It does not say controlled, limited, reasonable, common sense or prohibited. Read it, it cannot be stated more clearly.
