The program was supposed to catch mass shooters before they commit the act.

It didn't work.

What if it was a AI program to sniff out the people that plan these mass shootings?

The Texas shooting was very sloppy, to many unaswered questions that don't make any sense.

Seems like if the right people perform a proper investigation it could lead to the arrests and out a end to this false flag bullshit.

My take is that the AI worked perfectly. They identified him, arrested him, released him, groomed him, supported him, encouraged him. The AI wasn't meant to find shooters to stop them, it's to identify possible assets.
