Are these the same people 10-15 years apart or do they just look alike?

Just make a quick research "Sandy Hook teacher killed" + "Uvalde teacher killed", look at all the fotos and come back.
Uvalde = clearly brown eyes and darker skin
Sandy Hook = cleary blue eyes and brighter skin
I am no expert but common sense tells me 1. you can change one's eye color with contacts. 2. living in a Southern state with all of the sun year round - your skin tone will be darker than when you lived in a northeastern state. There is also a 20 year difference. I am not saying it definitely is the same person BUT I wouldn't rule it out. Think about it, we all know witness protection is a thing - they change your name and identity and move you. However, we all go back to the skills we have for a job. Too many questions - not enough answers.
Did you checked for both all the pictures in your browser search?
Then you know what I mean.
Look at the teeth and how both have a crooked smile with her left side higher than the right (in the photo the right side we're looking at is higher). Same chick. You can see multiple younger photos of both. If they aren't the same girl, they looked eerily similar when young. The left side incisor next to the front teeth. Both have that tooth a bit higher gum line that is eerily bizarre the teeth match so closely. One photo had a hint of blue but that can be due to the camera (red eyes) or edited. I think they are the same girl.
Make a search and if you then still think they have the same colour of skin, I can't help you.
I mentioned eyes and skin. Yes, contacts for the eyes possible, but you can't change the skin of the whole body and the overall appeareance.

Seriously? I did. Summer vs winter. Older camera tech vs new. Exposure, lighting, time of day, app filters, etc the list is endless why skin tone could be different. LOL
