He was groomed to be a shooter. Who is his therapist? Why was he seeing a psych and what drug was given to him? All past mass shooters were under powerful psychotropic drugs.

Red pill: the govt has a mass shooter unit that identifies potential mass shooters and get them under "treatment", give them training and weapons and logistical support to ensure they perform their mass shooting at the time of their choosing.

How many coincidences before it's mathematically impossible?
