If I child does not show up for school, the parents can be punished. But I kid shoots up a school, the parents saw the signs maybe, and warned no one, and they pay no price.

I think we should give the death penalty to any parent who kid commits mass murder. Maybe then the parent will pay attention to what is going on in the kids life.
