What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
Its been a long week for Anons. From dropping Durham, Uvalde redpills and distributing Ukrainian tendies, to comforting our frens who are just waking up to the vaccine nightmare and getting mad and sad at the same time "How could they not tell us??", while gently reminding them that we did indeed tell them.
Well earned rest on this Sunday before we start the battle for truth all over again. Cheers everyone, keep up the good work.
I spent two and half years vegan and destroyed my health also, as did my husband. It took years for us to figure out what happened, with no help from the healthcare system, naturally.
Love your bun idea!
Thanks.
I'm sorry the vegan diet did you in. I've been vegetarian since I was around 7 and I'm not far from 50 so it must suit my metabolism well enough. I don't have iron loss issues because I'm a man so that helps.
There's a great deal of variation in metabolism between people and I'm sure that some diets would always make some people ill while other people can tolerate those diets. A quick example is the intolerance to milk and alcohol of a fair proportion of Chinese people. I always imagine that if you tried to feed a high altitude herder or an inuit a vegetarian diet, they'd get ill but generational arable farming stock probably get away with the poorer diet.
What do you think of the blood type diet? anything interesting there? I'm B neg.
I did get pretty tired during last week with the limited calories and the keto. I think it would take my body time to adapt to the pathways and recalibrate the insulin etc. I understand why you'd get woozy. My friend took me to an aerobic yoga session on Thursday and I did good, but I was exhausted for a day and a half after.
Would you like:
Roasted garlic, aubergine, courgette, peppers, mushrooms. You can drizzle oil over them on a baking tray lined with foil
You can cook kale this way too, on a tray. Hot and fast in the oven with oil, salt and sugar. It's nice.
