I was in Victoria a few years ago on vacation during the summer. I was in a gift shop and I told the lady behind the counter that I was from Texas and I sure was enjoying the nice weather because it was so hot in Texas. Her response was, “It’s the climate change”. My response was, “I don’t think so because I’ve lived in Texas my whole life and it’s always been hot this time of year. I don’t see that anything is changing”. She had no response.
