GPS is accurate up to couple of meters.

Don't forget 2 things:

• tracking was just to identify who is potentially suspect and what exact time they've been arriving at each ballot box,

• they also had millions of minutes of video recording from cameras,

• knowing the exact box location and timestamp of the arrival from the GPS tracking they knew exactly which video to check to verify it.

Now imagine this:

• you chose the suspected person and box location + time on the computer,

• you click and watch this person's activity on the video, one after the other, all suspected moments for that person, all days recorded, each suspected arrival.

What a wonderful tool for the prosecutors. Isn't it?

That's the database they've generated after matching the two: tracking data, video data.
