I labeled it as a shitpost because it's 2 different episodes and neither of them involve monkeypox.

The picture on the left of Homer slamming beers with the monkey is from S09E21 - Girly Edition

The picture on the right is of Homer with chicken pox, and is from S17E03 - Milhouse of Sand and Fog.

I saw a similar meme floating around but the resolution of the pictures was really bad so I remade it.
