REALId takes over for bullshit fake ass drivers licenses issued to whomever applies-- You have to prove who you are to get one- not as hard as a passport but far better than a license to drive Ps- I have had a WA State "enhanced" (RealId) for 6-7 yrs- it acts ALMOST like a passport at the Canadian border too :-)
