Yes, this shows me whomever created the graphic OP posted fabricated the video title in some way.

"Kill Him with His Own Gun": DC Officer Michael Fanone Describes Being Outnumbered and Facing Mob is the actual video title.

Thanks to that video, I was able to find the actual photo passed off as a snapshot from a video which used in the doctored screenshot, the second screenshot on the left-
