Turns out vaxed folks, while receiving all the promised benefits of the vax, are now suffering from the understandably missed side effect of exposure to butt gas emissions released by the filthy un-vaxed. The un-vaxed are the problem, and the solution obvious...no more beans for the un-vaxed.
