ABSOLUTELY. We cannot legislate away evil but we can enforce the laws available to us.

Bring back strength of the family units. Where is support for grandparents raising the children of their own incapable children? With a few revisions to tax and welfare requirements for assistance.

Mental health treatment reforms...too hard to transition your child from 17 (adolescent) to 18 (adult). I'm sure many get dropped between the cracks.
