If they weren't effective, they wouldn't have been targeted by every Federal agency and Russian and/or European intelligence agencies for the lat 30 years. I agree that their current tactics need an overhaul. Wayne was just re-elected as EVP. Wonder if the election is rigged on Waples Mill?
