I wasn't sure if Narcissistic Abuse Day was something we are supposed to do or something we are supposed to feel sorry about.

After reading through the text I have come to the conclusion that confronting the narcissist might be a manner of abuse to them.

World Physical Abuse Day is just a few weeks away.
