I wasn't sure if Narcissistic Abuse Day was something we are supposed to do or something we are supposed to feel sorry about.

I’m thinking DO. So many people don’t realize they are the victim of abuse until they have their own children and think back, as in “I’d never do that to my child.” I may post it on Fakebook. God knows they lurk there.
