Wouldn't go so far as to say the Cabal won. I would say it certainly appears so. But there's something else I am missing. So if Durham knew the judge and jury are all staunch democrats that may have the propensity to be biased, why didn't he struck them or asked the judge to recuse himself. If this was such an important case he would have left anything to chance. Something is not adding up. If what they say about introducing a foundation is true, then there's a lot more than meets the eye. In the meantime this is disappointing at worst, not the end.
