That's why I don't get it's so doom and gloom. The judge was compromised, there was Clinton donators on the jury... Did anyone REALLY expect Sussman to go down through the courts and ultimately Clinton? I think It was means to an end; to use the military as the last resort... That's what I hope anyways.
Side note: if the Clintons knew they were gonna lose that court case, they would've clintoncided Sussman.. it's not like they haven't done that before...
