Ok. This means that Sussmann was "officially" telling the truth when he claims that he passed the fake evidence to the FIB. Even though we all "know" he is lying, officially, his story of passing fake evidence to the FIB as a "concerned citizen" is now etched in stone [legally] as a fact. So what does it mean?
It means Hillary Clinton is not connected in any way (legally; officially speaking) to the fake evidence that was given to the FIB. For all points and purpose's Sussmann just found the evidence laying on the ground, picked it up, and gave it to the FIB out of a sense of righteous, patriotic duty- and, it is only a coincidence that he worked for HRC, and that the dossier was very helpful to HRC.
That is what this acquittal means, in a nutshell. But that is not the only thing it means, not by long shot, and the dynamics of the entire SC investigation have now been changed.
This also means that the FIB was in possession of fabricated evidence from a source they "legitimately believed" was NOT acting on behalf of Hillary. I wonder if the FBi had a good reason to believe that Sussmann was not passing fake evidence on behalf of HRC, because the FBI already knew who the real source of the fake evidence was?
So who does Durham target next? FBI? Process of elimination. If Sussmann, and by extension HRC are not officially the source of the Alfa Bank data, then who is? Did the source of the fabricated evidence set-up, or frame poor little Sussmann with that fake evidence? If so, who could that be...?
TL;DR: I think Durham is prepared to play the hand he was dealt by this verdict, and I expect future trials will reveal more contradictions from the alibi's of defendants. More lies will work to further a bigger, and stronger RICO conspiracy case.
Ok, here is to all kinds of mojo on your thoughts.
