That’s the issue. The entire purpose for the military as the endgame is because crimes of such magnitude like 2016,2020 etc go unresolved and unpunished.

OK so when? How long does it fucking take? By the time they get off their asses to actually DO something, all of the people involved will have died from old age. 2016 was SIX YEARS ago. How many lives have been ruined in that time all for the sake of optics? Seriously? Optics and 'getting all the ducks in a row' is bullshit. You don't need fucking optics when you are running the show and you can get the ducks in a row any time you want when you are running the show.
