Another issue is this using private contractor companies, CrowdStrike, FusionGPS is I "legal". However it is to hide from the FOIA requests by Americans.

Very interesting. I'm guessing this type of stuff is done more often than we think by politicians to make it such that FOIA won't be able to provide any information.
