Sussman's trial was ONLY for disclosure purposes. Durham had the opportunity to ask for the judge's recusal, but he said it wasn't necessary.....hmmmm? During the selection of the Jury, the Durham Prosecution had no objections to potential jury members with admitted biases.....double hmmm?
Guilty is the verdict they were after from the beginning. The disclosure that the FBI was willingly involved. The disclosure that Hilary knew what the alfa bank document was and approved its use. The disclosure that Sussman was working for Clinton AND billed her for the time. All is true and disclosed on the record.
We all know if Sussman was convicted it wouldn't mean jack. Another slap on the wrist to a guy who wouldn't even feel it. Which is why some of us were questioning the reasoning of the trial at all? What is the play at Sussman, lying to the FBI big deal? If Sussman were convicted as The Positive Patriot pointed out, The Deep State continues on. The play was in the evidence and what it implies legally to the wider machine. A logical first step on Durham's journey towards Justice. Even when Durham loses he wins.
Yep, absolutely. The way to look at this is from the Cabal's point of view what would an "absolute win" look like in this case? If the case squashed every avenue of fraud in the RussiaGate and shed huge doubts about the very idea that they were trying to frame Trump. Now that would have been devastating for us.
What did we get instead? Exact opposite. Too many loose ends exposed, FBI exposed, Hillary's campaign exposed and their lawyers exposed.
