The Tom Cruise movie "The Firm" has morphed from Hillary's Rose Law Firm in Arkansas to Perkins Coie in Washington DC. I guess another run at Attorney Client privilege is going to be on the agenda. Do you think Perkins Coie lawyers will start dropping dead? Do we have a Mitch McDeere character inside Perkins?
That movie was the first time I'd heard of a kill trigger being employed. "All your records are safely hidden away. Due to attorney-client privilege, as long as I am alive, they cannot be released to the public." I thought it was brilliant. Also I liked the scene where, as part of his job interview, the made him determine how much they were offering him before he opened the envelope.

Great movie. Who knew it to be true and a Hillary template.
