Most english movies I watched in my early life sounded just like this. Dont get me wrong, I enjoyed it immensely. I remember watching Star Trek episodes on the only TV in the village where all the boys would congregate on time to watch together. None of us ever understood one word, but we would be holding out breath for the next scene where the doors open and close automatically, or, if we were really lucky, the "beaming up" scene. Anything else exciting was just icing on the cake.

Honestly, Q was much easier to understand!
