Has anyone actually filed this in a court of law? I thought that the U.S. never signed on to Nuremberg I or am I incorrect? I want to see all business leaders, doctors, hospital administrators who pushed the shot, who mandated it (to work, to do business, to be seen in a hospital or doctors office, to be on a transplant list) be subject to the fine and imprisonment. Those who can’t pay their fine, need to work it off on a prison work gang. Why did they ever do away with prison work crews? Prisoners should be working for their food, housing, clothing etc. The taxpayers shouldn’t be paying twice: for the perpetrated crime and then for housing. Establish factories on prison sites: furniture making, license plates, plastics manufacturing, computer chip manufacturing= cheap labor and competition with foreign countries who sell us cheaper products. Businesses could also employ prisoners at a lower rate for work crews. This way if ever eligible for parole, they have learned a trade.
I've had to remind people many times that the Nuremberg code is meaningless. Every facet of Nuremberg has been codified into laws across the western world.
So, you're not telling someone "you are in violation of Nuremberg," you tell them "You are in violation of X statute" where X is the relevant law for the country that encapsulates the principle being violated. These definitively are written down and have prescribed penalties attached.
I wonder what Reiner Feullmich thinks about that.
I'm not sure enough on the details of that one, but in Canada and the US, Nuremberg code isn't applicable, laws were built to capture the essence of Nuremberg in law.
So, it could be a semantic difference where the lawsuit references the particular laws in effect, but people recognize Nuremberg.
If it's in Germany, that might be a different story, and I don't know enough to answer.
Also if there was the opportunity for clarification from Reiner would be ideal.
I have heard that as well, that the US didn't sign onto Nuremberg. The guy does say in the video that the laws he is referencing is how the US codified Nuremberg into our laws. So maybe we didn't sign on but did pass laws that effectually do the same thing?
