A year has gone by so my memory is foggy, but I remember reading how the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General (OIG was appointed by President Trump) has special federal powers to really drop the hammer of justice on people involved in Mail Fraud. I think the charges are more severe if the fraud is committed across state lines.
From Flakipedia:
The OIG achieves its mission of helping maintain confidence in the postal system and improving the Postal Service's bottom line through independent audits and investigations. Audits of postal programs and operations help to determine whether the programs and operations are efficient and cost-effective. Investigations help prevent and detect fraud, waste, and misconduct and have a deterrent effect on postal crimes
If they would. But there was that incident of the trucker who lost his truck and its load of ballots in PA, and I seem to recall ballot dumping on a smaller scale, and Pelosi wanted a big hunk of money for the USPS just before the election because mail-in ballots were going to be so important--which they were, just not in a good way.
As a resident of Maricopa, I have plenty of personal gripes with the mail. Would not be surprised if they lose or delay that many pieces of mail a day.
USPS is going to be the "Federal agency" that Philips said was involved along with a"foreign entity," I predict.
