If you listen you hear the person say that he took a plea bargain for a guy.

The explanation was that this was a specific lawyer discussing a case. Somewhere, he was named.

There is no indication that this was Hunter Biden and it is much more plausible that the particular lawyer would have been there.

This is another of those rumors which grew a life of its own. If someone has definitive proof that it was Hunter Biden, I'd entertain it. Until then: disinfo.
