Job 38 has the sons of God witnessing the creation.
In Exodus 24, God opens a portal from heaven and oversees a dinner with Moses and the 70 elders, and he is standing on a road of sapphires. He is standing on the road, and He walked with Adam.
Adam/humans were to be caretakers of this world/reality, but over and over we find angels interacting in avatar form in the Bible. Everything in this world is made of two things - electrons and quarks. Neither God or angels in heaven are made of quarks and electrons - but their avatars would have to be in this realm.
Heaven does not exist in this creation/realm/universe, but the opposite is true in the same way an MMORPG/West World/simulation/video game does to our reality. Instead of zeros and ones, we are constructed/programmed too but in a much more complicated manner.
