Sounds excellent! You can bet there would not be so much graft, corruption, lobbying, pork belly projects-laundering money as there is now. All books must be open to the taxpayers in any and all states. The auditor must audit books EVERY year, they need to balance every penny in and out and sign and notarize that it is accurate. Executive, legislative and judicial must attest to the spending. Any criminal shenanigans that occur, those at the top are accountable and will be removed, prosecuted with a speedy trial and if found guilty 30 years minimum in prison. I do not care if they don’t balance the books by 10 cents!
