If this were true Florida would have been blue in 2020. But it wasn't, and as shown by Mike Lindell's symposium they tried. But the real voter turnout was too much for the machine's vote flipping algorithm to handle. They may be able to fix this the next time around, but if the algorithm is slaved to the census like was proposed and that's a hard constraint for whatever reason then there might not be anything they can do if conservatives turn out hard enough.
