Thanks for the link. I'll definitely have a look.

I was thinking that during this presentation. China realizing their impending weakness, and wanting to strike to put the US into a situation of disadvantage before this ensuing issue weakens them.

They would also be able to reduce their population in a key age bracket as soldiers inevitably die in combat.

No real down side if they pull it off.

Not a good time to be a citizen of Babylon.
