My gut instinct is that JFK Jr is still alive. We're watching a movie and the plot twists are unreal. Who's to say Jr won't be a soap opera style return?

Yes but an idea was brought up that he faked his death, and changed his identity, to avoid being killed by the DS. So on paper JFK Jr is dead but his new identity is alive and well. Q did say spelling matters. Just a theory.
