This has never set right with me. The US has over 3,000 counties. Even assuming half of these are blue, there wasn't ONE that could do something? I know there's a lot of good theories on here, but I think this story is something no one's ever thought of or known about. At the very least, should have been a lot of long court cases. Probably a TRUE secret. That's never been discussed on the internet for millions to see. What? I don't know.
