I heard about it in G. Edward Griffin's book "The Creature From Jekyll Island". Talk about a huge redpill for me. If you haven't read it (jeckyll island), I highly recommend it. He talked about the iron mountain report. If I remember right, that's where they first came up with the concept of the global warming scam.
