I feel different about this. If the freak didn't touch, attempt to touch, or hurt anyone in any way and only watched or looked at filthy pictures I don't think prison is the answer. To me it is like thought crime. I do not condone it or believe it is acceptable or normal but it is only viewing something. Am I wrong on this ? What about the people that posted the pictures ? Aren't they just as guilty ?
