At a large mall in Pittsburgh a man took his daughter to buy pet food. She wanted to stand outside to watch the turtles in a tank and Dad said yes. When he came out five minutes later she was gone. They immediately locked the mall down and started looking.
A short time later the Dad recognized his daughter’s pink shoes on a quiet little boy who was looking down and her hand was held by a man Dad did not know.
“Excuse me, sir,” he said to the man as he landed the first punch then continued beating him until he was almost dead. The cop, who watched, said, “Sir, you probably don’t want to kill him.”
The man, a national karate champion and owner of a local studio, stopped the beating and said, “Don’t fu*k with my family.”
I’m sure the would be kidnapper never hurt another child. Word is that every bone in his body was broken in that beating, and rightfully so.
This story Is typical of the stuff that people make up then scare each other. The dad is never an ordinary joe he is always a special forces combat instructor or some shit.
In my home town there was a persistent story about a kid being snatched in the local Waitrose supermarket, taken into the customer toilets and clothes swapped, then tried to exit the store. Security grabbed the kid but the guy got away. Every time I heard it there was a new twist added, oh and the pedo knifed the security guy, and so on.
Then I heard the story yet again in the pub and someone immediately said wait a minute that Waitrose doesn't have a toilet, which was true.
As a kid I was once pestered by a pedo, and during my own now-adult kids' lifetimes I have knowingly had encounters with genuine pedos on only two occasions. There are not as many as people think and even the predatory ones are not dumb enough to just grab them in stores and run. Much more effective for them to target some kid and try to lure them away somewhere, as tragically really did happen round here at a funfair
Not about pedos but I can tell you the following story is absolutely true because I know one of the guys it happened to. Two blokes from a small town won all their local kick-boxing contests and eventually travelled to the capital to compete in the national championships. Right after they arrived they were victims of an attempted mugging at an ATM - of course the muggers had zero chance and got fairly comprehensively smacked around and one of them got a broken arm. The cops could hardly believe it but absolutely busted out laughing and thanked the kids because word would get round and it would put the fearz up the local scumbags.

My town is full of pedophiles. They’re easy to spot. They are the ones wearing priest garments.
