A person is not 'converted' by seeing a 'vision' of Jesus Christ. They are converted by hearing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and believing. That is how a person is saved.
The Apostle Paul said in Romans 1:16, " For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek."
Exactly. By accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Who died upon a cross for your sins, placed in a tomb and resurrected 3 days later.
