I think trying a little bit of all info provided will be beneficial to anyone. Don't rely on just one fix all. Above all pray God created our bodies and knows them inside out. Ask for discernment in using anything. I believe he will bring people into your world that will have answers. Ty to everyone that has posted under this thread!!!
