Let's arm wrestle for the title. I'll put up LA, the homeless capital of the world, where the sidewalks of downtown LA are full of human feces, and you put up Boulder. The loser gets to claim their City as S---hole city as the Capital. I will not put up a fight in order to take the prize.

Lol. Fortunately I suppose LA has Boulder beat by a long shot. Consider it conceded. I live near a town/city that’s a wannabe Boulder. It’s incredibly sad seeing the people embrace the changes not realizing the end game.
