Sex = Making Deals.
They're Satanists, after all, they can't make things even if they tried. It always comes out as a Frankenstein's monster when they do.
Sexual Maturity = Ready to Make Deals.
The question here, is, "what is a Turtle?"
Well, turtles are reptiles, swim (navigate information highways), hide in their shell (think, shell corporations) when they feel vulnerable, can snap (snapping turtles, "he snapped and did something rash"), lay eggs (long-term investments), and you can turn them into turtle soup.

After all is said and done, I'd say this is less about children and more about desperately asking the most old, stubborn, rich, long-term investors to fork out the cash to keep the Cabal's special interests afloat.
"Investor", in this instance, is a general term, for anyone putting their resources into a long-term endeavor, not necessarily about the stock market.
In reference to the post turtle line, it's when one of these types ends up investing soo much into their plots that they basically have to take over management of the thing they invested in. Ultimately, they are not adept in that management role, typically only schooled in how to cleverly invest, which results in a post turtle who is well above their capacity to act, yet is too invested in their precarious situation to save themselves from a highwire act.

It's all connected. What is true in the small is true in the large.
Telling me to ignore 2/3rds the equation, and focus on just the exoteric is counter-productive to inner enlightenment. It's the equivalent to Agent Smith popping in and telling me to just enjoy the simulation, to not try and figure out how it all works.
Communing with nature is only 1/3rd of the process. It's the Spiritual component. One must also apply the themes and compare their fractal nature to the big picture of God's Creation.
Research the Firmament, and you'll understand just how intertwined everything really is. You CANNOT separate these things, because they are of the same substance.
Doing so will leave you wandering to find the higher meaning of it all. Blissful ignorance is nice, but you are meant for so much more.
God made turtles. He endowed them with certain capacities, by which they are intimately known. Only by knowing those attributes might you unlock the Truth that resides in the spirit of the Turtle.
Once you understand the Turtle, in the Exoteric, Esoteric, and Spiritual, you may accept your Inheritance granted you by God to express your Authority over all in His Creation that is in communion with the Essential Turtle.
So is it true with all things. We are the Garden Tenders, and must know all that is the Garden, both Within and Without, in order to perform our role.

I’m pretty sure they are endangered or something along the lines of that. It’d be important to mention how long it takes for them to sexually mature bc that’s directly relevant to the propagation of the species.
