Trump was never impeached so therefore you refer to him as President the rest of his life. Biden was elected falsely by Congress as President of the United States.

Being Commander in Chief is completely different. Remember, Trump referred to himself as a wartime President or something of the likes of that during the height of “Covid”.

Who’s to say once the military gets involved over the election they select Trump as their Commander in Chief.
