Why tweet this out, it looks terrible for him?

He degrades her in the first sentence?

Then claims he pays her with tax money? Seriously what the fuck is this?

This is a week man (that's just judging him by the first sentence never mind everything else we know about him) who is a dictator, and knows he's a dictator by writing the second sentence, and is flaunting it in the citizens faces.
This is guy is type that historically murders many many people.
