The cure for cancer is in the prevention. Keep insulin down either by not eating garbage, fasting, or both.
Sounds like a conspiracy but you’d think this shit would be common knowledge by now. Cancer is a bullshit degenerative disease easily prevented but too much of a racket for big industry,
If this were reddit, some cunt would generally chime in and reply “How dare you. My grandparent died of cancer.” Fuck off with your feelings on that matter. Truth is, cancer aint shit. I trust you guys can utilize this information wisely.
Agreed. Smart eating and fasting is the way to go! Good news: there are many choices for smart, healthy eating. Bad news: only about 5 percent of the US population has it figured out.
You are correct. Ancel Keys and friends synthesized our food right after Rockefeller synthesized medicine and natural treatments. Cancer rates were 1 in 100 in 1900 today its 1 in 3. Keto is the only diet that is science backed.
Keto can suck a big fat one. I don’t know if most people are familiar with a ketogenic diet but this mainstream “keto” fad diet has been corrupted beyond all repair. You’ll see box of “Keto Fat Bombs” at the store but the entire box is 100 grams of carbohydrates. Just eat a damn steak and be done with it.
Then you’ve got guys like DeLauer ranting about the most insignificant details and guys like Eric Burg telling you to eat lots of vegetables - and you end up wondering why you can’t lose weight. And Dr Jason Fung: Loved his book but I couldnt drop a single pound until I reduced my caloric intake - despite his mantra against caloric deficit.
And don’t get me started on Mark Sisson and his paleo diet. Might work if you live on the beach and exercise under the sun every waking hour but you aint gonna lose weight eating primal without finding a means of creating some sort of caloric deficit.
Keto concept itself is great but you are right on the mainstream fad angle of it. I’ve loved Keto when I was on it but the products sold to supposedly support the concept are garbage, just read the label.
My mom got cancer and she was extremely healthy. She never drank alcohol her entire life, ate extremely healthy foods, avoided sugar, tons of organic veggies they grew themselves, exercised 3 times a week, low stress life.
Tons of veggies. That may have been your issue right there. Check out a lecture about lectins from a doctor at Low Carb Down Under. Great stuff. Lectins can keep insulin elevated far longer than normal and unfortunately some of us cannot handle plant foods for optimal health. Especially as we age, the proteins can begin to escape the gut lining leading to neurological disease, blood clots, and all kinds of crap. Im sorry. It’s horrible.
You’ve missed the point. “Tons of organic veggies she grew herself.” Is what you said and unfortunately, as we get up there in age, it can become a problem. But hey, maybe it was some other complication. Cancer really is just a blanket term. It could have been the progression of any number of things.
Watched an older woman die from leaky gut and the symptoms were obvious. Doctors called it cancer and ran useless tests and let her die eating shitty hospital food.

For me, bacon is the one true answer. Lol.

She wasn't a vegetarian by no means. She also ate red meat.
