In California, one of the reasons if not the single reason why all shots are only available at parking lots and NOT doctor offices is so they could bypass HIPPA regulations and record all shots in a central state database. This allows all employers and virtually anyone blessed by government friendship to verify the authenticity of a vax card in real time.
