Any law that goes against the US Constitution, is, by definition, an illegal law. When an elected representative (who all take an oath to uphold the constitution) defies that oath, ignores the constitution and votes for this type of thing, they have failed their duty to their office, their oath and to their constituents and MUST be removed from office. We have to learn the constitutional procedures for doing so and get removing these people. Anybody know the protocol?
