OK OK Ok. Seeing the responses below I have to come clean and say that the $40B request for research was just me being SARCASTIC about the money laundering $40B they sent to Ukraine.! But the fact that most of the responses below are pissed off about ‘another $40B’ just proves the point I was trying to make.

This was just a shitpost with a ‘Babylon Bee’ flair making a joke at the money they waste on obvious bull chit.

I really don't think it is funny to post something as "news" or "truth" that is neither. It WOULD be funny as a Babylon Bee article or flair but not when you make us look foolish and contribute to "fake news". I really don't appreciate these posts. Jokes are jokes and truth is truth and there is a real muddling of what is true today...we don't need anymore muddling than what already exists.
