I'm decoding here: Once black people get guns, the gun laws will change.

This means: When black people get guns, the white people will do anything they can to get them away from the black people. Because they will be shooting them.

Could this be any more racist?? NO, it could not. And who says black people DON'T have guns. Look at Chicago.

This was just a racist dog whistle, to firm up opposition to guns, and blacks.
