tons of make up if it is her. Reminds me of that AI program where you take the target person(in this case Ivanka) and scan it over the person who is talking and end up with something that, looks mostly like the target person but, has a slight accent of the actual person talking. I am going with that it is Ivanka though with tons of make up or something. heh.
