I'm guessing you don't live in the Greater Toronto Area nor Greater Vancouver Area. Big cities are lost. Alberta & Saskatchewan have some hope of holding onto something worth keeping. Thinking about moving to Alberta and wintering in Florida if I'm not imprisoned/disappeared for frequenting this website next year.
